I do not agree. The concept of evidence is based upon the individual who judges the evidence. This is based upon a natural law or a demonstrable fact. No form of evidence anywhere, anytime, can be employed in any way without an individual employing the evidence. The concept of man-made law is a battle between 2 forces: 1. Dictators who dictate what is or is not evidence, law, guilt, reason, fact, or anything else, and if you do not agree then you will be punished to set an example to everyone else who may entertain the notion of disagreeing with the dictator, or dictators. 2. The unanimous agreement of everyone looking at the same evidence constitutes the only justification of any use of force by anyone, anywhere, anytime. The 2 forces are also known as Summary Justice (dick-tater-ship), and Trial by Jury.
